Long Time No Write

So my blog is deceiving because you would assume that I eat.sew. and write but I've really accomplished to eat a lot since my last post and I haven't even shared some of the delicious things I've had. Help me while I"m attempting to do this.

Since the last post, I'll have to say that my favorite "eat" was shaved snow from the truck Get Shaved. YUM! It's comparable to Class 302 with the texture but the mochi is definitely best at class 302, a tiny Chinese Cafe that only takes cash and takes forever to get seated. Snow melts in your mouth and Get Shaved has flavors that are such a great pleasure for the taste buds...the best part? It's mobile and it comes to you with the Kogi truck. The flavor I got was "Let them Eat Cake." *smack my lips yummy!*

In the "sew" department, my sister threw a large piece of golden satin at me the night before her wedding and requested that I make her sash. Now, I know that sewing a straight line isn't that intimidating but it was to be used for the most beautiful day of her life! I had a lot of pressure to make this right. I will post pics later.

My final announcement to my 1 reader and follower (HI!) is that I"m thinking about putting my wedding coordinating into the next level and make it a little more official! I've started by developing a logo and ordering business cards. I've started a blog with the name but I haven't written anything yet. :) You know how it takes me a while until I get the guts to write. :/ So, do you want to hear the name of my business? ...drum roll please, "This is the Day." ...Go ahead, sing the good ole Sunday school song...but I want the days that I work with brides and grooms to be the day that they felt the most blessed and calm amongst the background chaos. Introducing our logo:

Do I dare ask? ....What do you think?
