Thanks a Latte

I'm gonna skip around for a bit. I'm going back to the teacher appreciation post and some of the ideas I used from Skip To My Lou. Here is a picture of my thank you card.

Tutorial:
I downloaded the printable card onto card stock paper.
Cut the sleeve from my starbucks coffee I had in the morning, put a gift card right on top with scotch tape on the back.

You'll see that Skip to My Lou was much more cuter by slipping the card into the sleeve and tying a bow BUT I was glue happy (should've glued just the bottom portion instead of bottom and sides) and didn't leave enough space to slip in the card behind the sleeve so I taped it to the front and had no ribbons. Some would call it a failure but I call it "cute enough." Do you want to know a secret...wish i got something like this. lol.

Although this was for teacher appreciation week, this would work for any appreciation gift! I used it again for classified staff appreciation day and I think I'll use it for parent volunteers at the end of the year. Overkill? Maybe. Cute? YES!
